Spiral Welded Steel Pipe Machine is the machine used in the production of spiral welded steel pipes.
With the Spiral Welded Steel Pipe Machine, the pipes are produced by spiraling the sheets loaded into the machine in rolls with the sheet bending system we specially designed, and by welding the sheet rolled from the spiral line with the submerged arc welding method, internally and externally.
After welding, the pipe lengths are cut by the moving plasma machine with fly cutting method without stopping the production line. That is, spiral welded pipe moves continuously while it is being cut. Thus, maximum efficiency is provided in production.
According to demand, we manufacture special Spiral Welded Steel Pipe Machines that can produce pipes with non-standart diameters.
